Return and Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or your purchase is damaged upon delivery, we’re here to help.
You have 28-days to return any product that is damaged or not to your expectation from the day you receive it.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition to which you received it, it must also be contained in the original packing. If you packaging has been removed from the product please cover the product in a suitable material/cover before shipping back to us.
You will need to contact us with a proof of purchase or a receipt. (Please make note of your reference number when you get in contact).
Once we have received your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will refund your payment via the same method in which you originally purchased the product. Please be mindful that the remuneration to your account may take up to 7-working days following approval.
Inspect all your items upon delivery, should any items be missing or faulty please contact us with photographic evidence. We will then be in touch to resolve any issues either by replacing the faulty/missing goods or via a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for any shipping costs when returning you item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund
